  • Once your order has been created/paid for and completed. We will get your order together for shipping.
  • Your products/packages will be shipped out with a trusted courier – it’s on its way.
  • Once arriving with you. You will be supplied with everything you need for a great event such as the inflatable, the fans to blow them up and everything else you need to make it simple. Most products just need to be plugged in, or have their material attached to a provided fan to inflate. Please note that all of our products require constant power to stay inflated.
  • After the event, pack down all of the returnable items that you have hired in the boxes they came in.
  • Return them to us via the same courier method – we take care of this for you by arranging a collection at a time that suits you. There won’t be any labels to print as the driver will come with the labels.
  • The items get returned back to us and, that’s it – it’s completed – it really is that easy!
